Data Protection Addendums (DPAs)
Telstra Products and Services that may involve data processing under EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
Telstra may be subject to different privacy and data protection laws depending on where your employees or end users are located, and where we process personal data in the course of providing products and services to you (notably, the GDPR and UK GDPR).
While most Telstra international services and products do not involve personal data processing within the context of the GDPR and UK GDPR, the supply of certain services and products to you may involve the processing of regulated personal data where you are a customer established in the EEA or the UK, or you process EEA or UK data subjects’ personal data in the course of acquiring products from us (even if you are not established in the EEA or UK).
Where we provide you with products that are subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, we and you are required to enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to comply with the requirements of those regulations. Telstra has determined that the following list of products and services may involve regulated data processing in the context of the GDPR and UK GDPR for relevant customers. By submitting an order for any of the Products or Services specified below in circumstances when it would be governed by the GDPR or UK GDPR, you and we agree to the terms contained in the DPA for such service listed below and such DPA will be incorporated into our services agreement by reference.
